How many projects is too many?
Seriously, how many projects is too many? We are a homeschool family that does things on the fly, impromptu, wing it yet dive right in kinda way. Our art is like that too but reversed. I typically start drawing or painting and they all flock. Rather than telling them not to touch my painting, I invite them to join or grab some supplies for themselves. We created our very own style of art.
We are now selling all prints of originals along with other goods in our Etsy shop.

Mural Work
Our kids spend a good amount of time at their JiuJitSu gym. A key reason we decided to do PRINT Narrative was that I was trusted to paint a mural in the gym. That huge project caused a spark that spread- fast. My children have always loved to watch me draw and draw along with me. So here we are. Including them in this process has been a blessing I don’t think I will truly know the value of until years to come but for now, I will enjoy being able to work alongside my tiny humans.

Do not fear the scribbles!
Yes, the 2 year old sometimes scribbles over something one of us drew. Sometimes it is so hard to not react and be upset. Yet, we know this is part of our process. This adds to the layers of our pieces. This helps us to create the art we do. We embrace and respect each others skill sets while utilizing our own. Being an out of the box thinker helps a good bit with this process.

My Own Collection
I am a morning person however that is for just me calm time and watching the sunrise while the birds take off. Nights are now my time to collect my thoughts, make all my items, edits, postings, and even paint. Our days filled up fast and I love having my creative spark back however the days are still for my kids….most of the time at least.
I love to make all things. My favorite is actually jewelry! However, I love to use paint pens because when I get an idea I love to free style it right away. When I plan it just never works out well for me. So most of my own art is all impromptu, spur of the moment, or very briefly thought about. Now once I start, my mind races with ideas for both the piece and everything I can do with it besides hang it on a wall.
Between the chaos and cuddles, we've found a way to turn our passionate messes into magic.
Layers + Textures Galore
Our Originals have stunning textures + layers topped a hint of shimmer plus the occasional dose of glitter due to the youngest artists passions.
Our wearable, prints, and seasonal goods are born from the essence of our originals—carefully curated elements that blend together to create something entirely new. Much like how children inherit pieces of their parents' character and spirit, these fragments become the foundation upon which they discover and define themselves.
